University-type accommodation

            There is a limited number of rooms available in the University Halls of Residence. The Halls of Residence are located at about 20 minutes walking distance form the Congress’ main site. Note, please, that Toilets are located always outside the rooms. Prices are pro night and person and include continental breakfast

Note, please, that the supply of single rooms is very limited and they are assigned on a first come first served basis. Therefore, book early!!!

If you are booking University-type accommodation please fill the following form, section 3a instead the section 3 in the How to pre-book your accommodation document.

(When you apply for a double room for two persons that means that you are willing to share the room with the person you are applying for. Sorry, we cannot guarantee the same for triple and quadruple rooms.)

Please, print this document, and continue with section 4 at “How to pre-book your accommodation” form. Do not forget to attach this form when faxing or mailing that document.
