As in previous EWM conferences, the registration fee is all-inclusive. The conference will be held at “CAES du CNRS” in Saint-Pierre d'Oléron. Accomodations will be arranged on site. Options regarding shared or individual accommodation are given (and priced accordingly).

Special arrangements for delegates coming with their families are possible, please contact us. Accommodation before and after the conference is also possible (however, not before September 2) within the availability of the resort. Please, plan ahead as it will be given on a first come, first serve basis.

Some bus shuttles will be organised from the closer train station and airport in La Rochelle to the conference place. In order to arrange that, arrival information of all delegates will be collected.
