According to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), , web accesibility means offering universal access and sites “designed to work for all peoples, whatever their hardware, sofware, language, location, or ability”.
This web page has been created following this principle and applying the recommendations given by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) at W3C , with the aim of helping to make the web accessible to all persons, especially those with disability.

Legislation
The Spanish law that requires the web pages of public bodies to meet navigation and accessibility standards for the elderly and persons with disabilities is in line with the international accessibility criteria in the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) at W3C:
- Royal Decree 1494/2007, 12 November, passes the Regulation on basic conditions for access to tehcnology and products and services related to the information society and social media for persons with disabilities.

- LAW 34/2002, of July 11, on services for the information society and electronic commerce.
