From AGRICOMPET we present a summary of Deliverable 1.5 – Organisational/managerial solutions co-created in the National Solution Hubs: Implications, and strategic and policy guidelines.

As part of the PRIMA-funded AGRICOMPET project, this milestone report presents future scenarios for agricultural co-operatives in five Mediterranean countries—France, Greece, Italy, Spain, and Turkey—co-developed with local stakeholders through national Solution Hubs. Using the Transformative Scenario Planning method, the report explores diverse paths to 2035 shaped by environmental, social, economic, and geopolitical forces. For each scenario, the co-operatives collaboratively designed tailored strategies and action plans to enhance resilience and competitiveness. The findings offer strategic and policy insights to help Mediterranean agri-coops adapt, thrive, and lead sustainable transitions in uncertain futures.
