fusion-text-2\"><p><strong>L\u00ednea 1.<\/strong> Desarrollo de un m\u00e9todo que, al menos <em>in vitro<\/em>, permite la detecci\u00f3n temprana de resistencia a quimioterapia por cisplatino, combinando la determinaci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco intracelular, y el unido al DNA, con el an\u00e1lisis de la respuesta celular a la presencia del da\u00f1o en el DNA, y el de apoptosis y progresi\u00f3n del ciclo celular. La detecci\u00f3n de resistencia por este m\u00e9todo es independiente del mecanismo que la provoca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00ednea 2.<\/strong> Dise\u00f1o de metodolog\u00edas basadas en la PCR cl\u00e1sica, individual y m\u00faltiple, combinada con espectrometr\u00eda de masas, que se utiliz\u00f3 para determinar r\u00e1pida y fiablemente tanto la variaci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de copias de genes\/secuencias determinados\/as, como variaciones en la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica, de varios genes simult\u00e1neamente, y tambi\u00e9n en la detecci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas capaces de alterar tanto la metilaci\u00f3n del DNA como la estructura de la cromatina, en la modulaci\u00f3n de la respuesta a la presencia de distintos tipos de da\u00f1o en el DNA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00ednea 4.<\/strong> An\u00e1lisis de la influencia del canal i\u00f3nico de K<sup>+<\/sup> dependiente de voltaje hERG en la respuesta al da\u00f1o inducido por el agente genot\u00f3xico metil metanosulfonato, determinando que la influencia del canal, en disminuir el da\u00f1o inducido, depende de su actividad can\u00f3nica, como transportador de Chemical Mutagenesis, de la Universidad de Leiden, Paises Bajos.<\/p>\n<p>Desde 1992, es Profesora Titular de Gen\u00e9tica en la Universidad de Oviedo. Siempre ha trabajado en el campo de la inducci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os en el ADN y en la respuesta que provocan, en t\u00e9rminos de reparaci\u00f3n e inducci\u00f3n de mutaciones. \u00daltimamente, dentro del grupo \u201cEMAB\u201d de la Universidad de Oviedo, trabaja en el desarrollo de marcadores de respuesta a quimioterapia.<\/p>\n<p>En este tiempo, ha dirigido\/codirigido Tesis Doctorales, Seminarios de Investigaci\u00f3n, etc. Es coautora de unos 50 art\u00edculos publicados en revistas internacionales de prestigio, varios cap\u00edtulos de libro, y m\u00e1s de cien comunicaciones en congresos nacionales\/internacionales, coeditora de un libro publicado por Springer Protocols, y ha participado en proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n regionales\/nacionales\/internacionales de convocatorias p\u00fablicas.
