fusion-text-1\"><p><strong>Descripci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>La asignatura \u201cAproximaciones gen\u00f3micas a la patolog\u00eda humana\u201d forma parte del m\u00f3dulo \u201cPresente y futuro de la investigaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9dica\u201d, tiene car\u00e1cter optativo y se imparte en el primer semestre. La asignatura pretende proporcionar una visi\u00f3n general de la importancia creciente que tienen las aproximaciones gen\u00f3micas en la investigaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9dica, y las diferentes aproximaciones que se pueden llevar a cabo para dicho fin. La asignatura se dividir\u00e1 en una parte te\u00f3rica y una parte pr\u00e1ctica en la que se podr\u00e1n aplicar algunos de los procedimientos estudiados a casos pr\u00e1cticos. Los contenidos de esta asignatura se complementan con los de otras asignaturas del m\u00e1ster, tales como \u201cDiagn\u00f3stico Molecular del c\u00e1ncer\u201d, en la que se aborda en m\u00e1s detalle el an\u00e1lisis de datos procedentes de microarrays de expresi\u00f3n, \u201cPrincipios y t\u00e9cnicas de la investigaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica\u201d en la que se estudiar\u00e1 de una manera m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica los estudios de asociaci\u00f3n a nivel gen\u00f3mico, o la asignatura \u201cBiolog\u00eda Molecular del c\u00e1ncer\u201d en la que se proporcionan las bases necesarias para comprender la importancia de los modelos animales en el estudio del c\u00e1ncer.
