asturianos han desarrollado una nueva t\u00e9cnica para la identificaci\u00f3n del ARN del SARS-CoV2 alternativa a la de PCR que tradicionalmente se utiliza para diagnosticar casos de covid y que podr\u00eda utilizarse para la detecci\u00f3n de otros virus respiratorios humanos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt\">La t\u00e9cnica ha sido desarrollada desde el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Sanitaria del Principado en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Hospital Universitario Central de\u00a0Asturias\u00a0(HUCA), el Instituto Universitario de Oncolog\u00eda de Asturias (IUOPA) y el Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Biom\u00e9dica en Red en Enfermedades Raras (CIBERER).<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt\">La principal novedad de este trabajo radica en el empleo de balizas moleculares fluorescentes en combinaci\u00f3n con t\u00e9cnicas de amplificaci\u00f3n que, frente a otras t\u00e9cnicas, permite identificar a la vez distintos \u00e1cidos nucleicos en la misma muestra y a una temperatura constante de 37 grados cent\u00edgrados.<\/p>\n<div class=\"idle-load-ON\">\n<div id=\"TEXTO_DETALLE_ad_Roba2Mobile\" class=\"adpos ad_Roba2Mobile postload mobile\" data-ad=\"no\">Estas caracter\u00edsticas, seg\u00fan los autores del estudio, convierten a esta t\u00e9cnica en una potencial alternativa a la PCR para la detecci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas virales, pero aunque han conseguido detectar el virus en muestras humanas con una sensibilidad y especificidad aceptable, la PCR sigue siendo superior en t\u00e9rminos de eficiencia, informa Efe.<\/div>\n<div data-ad=\"no\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div
