Esta investigaci\u00f3n ha desarrollado una estrategia de medicina personalizada basada en modelos derivados de pacientes para identificar terapias eficaces para cada caso.<\/p>\n<p>Los condrosarcomas, una forma de c\u00e1ncer \u00f3seo, presentan mutaciones en genes IDH, lo que genera\u00a0<strong>alteraciones metab\u00f3licas favorecedoras del crecimiento tumoral<\/strong>. Los investigadores han utilizado modelos derivados de pacientes para probar la eficacia del inhibidor enasidenib, demostrando su capacidad para reprimir el crecimiento tumoral tanto en pruebas in vitro como in vivo.<\/p>\n<p>El coordinador del estudio, Ren\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez, destaca que \u201cel tratamiento con el inhibidor\u00a0<em>enasidenib\u00a0<\/em>puede representar una\u00a0<strong>alternativa terap\u00e9utica eficaz<\/strong>\u00a0para los condrosarcomas con mutaciones en IDH2\u2033. Adem\u00e1s, este estudio respalda el uso de modelos derivados de pacientes con sarcoma como herramientas para predecir respuestas cl\u00ednicas en enfoques de medicina
