Los resultados han permitido generar una amplia colecci\u00f3n de datos que describe los cambios moleculares que acontecen en el hipocampo durante el envejecimiento y durante su estimulaci\u00f3n cognitiva y f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"links-parrafos\">El estudio, publicado este martes en la revista\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-024-49608-z\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-024-49608-z\">Nature Communications<\/a><\/em>, ha contado con la participaci\u00f3n del laboratorio\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/in.umh-csic.es\/es\/grupos\/epi-genomica-funcional-del-envejecimiento-y-la-enfermedad-de-alzheimer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/in.umh-csic.es\/es\/grupos\/epi-genomica-funcional-del-envejecimiento-y-la-enfermedad-de-alzheimer\/\">Epi-Gen\u00f3mica Funcional del Envejecimiento y la Enfermedad de Alzheimer<\/a>, liderado por<strong>\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Vicente S\u00e1nchez Mut\u00a0<\/strong>en el Instituto de Neurociencias, centro mixto del CSIC y la Universidad Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez (UMH) de Elche.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"links-parrafos\">La\u00a0<strong>Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud<\/strong>\u00a0(OMS) ha definido la\u00a0<em>D\u00e9cada del envejecimiento saludable<\/em>\u00a0(2021-2030) como una propuesta transformadora para hacer frente a una realidad cada vez m\u00e1s aparente:\u00a0<strong>el imparable envejecimiento sist\u00e9mico de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial.\u00a0<\/strong>Recordemos que en Espa\u00f1a, una de cada cuatro personas tiene m\u00e1s de 65 a\u00f1os. Una proporci\u00f3n que, adem\u00e1s, se ha duplicado en lo que va de siglo,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ine.es\/prodyser\/demografia_UE\/bloc-1c.html?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.ine.es\/prodyser\/demografia_UE\/bloc-1c.html?lang=es\">\u00a0seg\u00fan datos del INE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-mrf-recirculation=\"links-parrafos\">El\u00a0<strong>envejecimiento saludable<\/strong>\u00a0que promociona la OMS\u00a0<strong>busca un bienestar en la vejez libre de enfermedades y otras complicaciones<\/strong>. Para conseguirlo, se ha demostrado que el control de nuestro estilo de vida a trav\u00e9s de variables como el deporte, la educaci\u00f3n o la dieta tiene un impacto crucial.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div
