margin-left:0px!important;}}<\/style><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"font-size:20px;margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:31px;margin-left:0px;\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;font-size:1em;letter-spacing:0px;--fontSize:20;--minFontSize:20px;line-height:1.3;\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto Slab;\">Unos cient\u00edficos han analizado el efecto de la estimulaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y cognitiva en las alteraciones moleculares que ocurren durante el envejecimiento.<\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>El estudio se ha llevado a cabo en el Laboratorio de Epigen\u00e9tica del C\u00e1ncer y Nanomedicina del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n en Nanomateriales y Nanotecnolog\u00eda (CINN), centro mixto del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas (CSIC), el Gobierno del Principado de Asturias y la Universidad de Oviedo, en Espa\u00f1a todas estas instituciones.<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados del estudio han permitido generar una amplia colecci\u00f3n de datos que describe los cambios moleculares que acontecen en el hipocampo durante el envejecimiento y durante su estimulaci\u00f3n cognitiva y f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) ya ha advertido del reto de hacer frente a una realidad cada vez m\u00e1s aparente: el imparable envejecimiento sist\u00e9mico de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial. El objetivo a alcanzar es lograr el envejecimiento saludable de tanta gente como sea posible, o sea conseguir que la gente mayor disfrute de una vejez que en su mayor parte est\u00e9 libre de enfermedades y otras complicaciones, permitiendo as\u00ed que goce de un bienestar lo m\u00e1s grande posible en la etapa final de su vida. Para conseguirlo, se ha demostrado que el control de nuestro estilo de vida a trav\u00e9s de variables como el deporte, la educaci\u00f3n o la dieta tiene una influencia crucial.<\/p>\n<div
