Goals |
|
The goals to achieve with the study of the subject Advanced Microelectronics are: 1. Getting to understand the way the A/D converter module in PICs work. 2. Designing full circuits which include components both analog and digital. 3. Using other peripherals included in microcontrollers (CCP modules, communication ports, etc.) 4. Making students capable of analysing, designing and using mixed electronic systems which include analog and digital circuitry. 5. Letting students know about the existence of other programmable devices (FPGAs, PLDs, ...) and their possible field of application. |
