Su tesis doctoral, <em>Acustemolox\u00eda de la nueche en danza: descripci\u00f3n etnogr\u00e1fica y recursivid\u00e1<\/em> (2025),explora el potencial del baile tradicional asturiano para problematizar cuestiones ontol\u00f3gico-pol\u00edticas en la esfera p\u00fablica posfranquista asturiana. Su trabajo alterna entre el desarrollo de una investigaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica convencional y la incorporaci\u00f3n de elementos propios de la investigaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica. As\u00ed, en 2023, form\u00f3 parte del grupo de investigaci\u00f3n multidisciplinar<em> Asturias, de Para\u00edso Natural a Refugio Clim\u00e1tico<\/em>, del que surgi\u00f3 el documental <em>Asturias, Refugio Clim\u00e1tico<\/em>,estrenado en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Xix\u00f3n (Penella &amp; de Soto). Ese mismo a\u00f1o, fue uno de los tres investigadores seleccionados para participar en un programa piloto impulsado por el Instituto de Ciencias del Patrimonio (INCIPIT-CSIC), donde se fragu\u00f3 el proyecto de antropolog\u00eda experimental <em>Mudar la piel<\/em>.
