Seg\u00fan el <a data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.igme.es\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.igme.es\/\">Instituto Geol\u00f3gico y Minero de Espa\u00f1a (IGME)<\/a> esta fuente de energ\u00eda es renovable, abundante, de explotaci\u00f3n viable t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3micamente, evitando la emisi\u00f3n de gases de efecto invernadero.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Geotermia - La energ\u00eda de la Tierra (GEOPLAT)\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RGOlQvIivvQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe> \n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: Geoplat, disponible en el siguiente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoplat.org\/energia-geotermica\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.geoplat.org\/energia-geotermica\/\">enlace<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#00847d\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es su origen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\"><strong>- Inercia t\u00e9rmica:<\/strong> es el calor residual generado durante la formaci\u00f3n del planeta, y que est\u00e1 llegando a la superficie terrestre desde el n\u00facleo.\n<strong>- Radiaci\u00f3n solar:<\/strong> que llega a la superficie y que es absorbida y acumulada por la tierra. \n<strong>- Fuentes internas de calor:<\/strong> por la desintegraci\u00f3n de is\u00f3topos radioactivos y el rozamiento de las capas internas de la Tierra. <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" id=\"gradiente\" style=\"color:#00847d\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el gradiente geot\u00e9rmico?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es la variaci\u00f3n de temperatura entre las zonas profundas de la Tierra, a elevada temperatura, hacia la superficie terrestre, a temperaturas mucho m\u00e1s suaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p>Este gradiente de calor se conoce como <strong>gradiente geot\u00e9rmico<\/strong>, el cociente que defina la variaci\u00f3n de la temperatura con la profundidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En general la temperatura aumenta 3\u00b0C por cada 100 metros de profundidad, aunque puede variar seg\u00fan las caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicias y el grosor de la capa litosf\u00e9rica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tierra recibe energ\u00eda del sol, que calienta los primeros metros de la corteza.
