Degree in law from the University of Oviedo. PhD student in the Administrative Law Area of the Public Law Department. She develops her doctoral thesis on the legal solutions associated with the problems of the concentration and growth of large cities by studying legal figures such as the Metropolitan Areas and other supramunicipal figures. She also holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Oviedo, Superior Technician at P.R.L. in the three specialties area in which she has collaborated with I.A.P.R.L. in the preparation of the "Map of Chemical Risk of the Principality of Asturias, Chemical and Iron and Steel Sectors".
