Doctor of Law, having completed the doctoral thesis on the European Convention on Human Rights and administrative litigation, in which an analysis of the different rights enshrined in the ECHR is carried out, including those related to the planning of the territory and the environment ( Marcial Pons, 2012). Within the framework of the Law 12/2012 for the suppression of certain administrative authorizations regarding the opening of commercial establishments, it has carried out an analysis of the sectoral regulations on the environment of the different Autonomous Communities, and among them, the Sectoral Guidelines of the Commercial equipment of the Principality of Asturias.
