Has been awarded the ACEDE Conference Jos\u00e9 Sanch\u00eds Award (1996), the Family Business Section Award (2017) and was Award Finalist (2007, 2021); IFERA Conference Alden G. Lank\/Family Business Consulting Group Award (2004) and CEF Financial Studies Award, Accounting&nbsp;and Business Administration modality (2002). She has been invited speaker at national and international workshops and meetings.&nbsp;She has supervised several PhD theses, among them, with International mention and Outstanding PhD Award.&nbsp;Recognition by the Spanish Ministry of Education of&nbsp;five six-year research periods and one six-year knowledge transfer period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has been Visiting Scholar at German universities (Otto von Guericke Universit\u00e4t Magdeburg and Europa Universit\u00e4t Viadrina), and at the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Torino, Italy. She has been Director of the Coordination Office of the Vice Rectorate for Financial and Delegate of the Rector for the International Campus of Excellence of the University of Oviedo. She leads the research group of the University of Oviedo on Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance and serves as Subdirector of the Concepci\u00f3n Arenal Chair of 2030 Agenda. At national level, she has collaborated with ANECA, ANEP, ACPUA, ACSYCYL, ACSUG, AQU Catalunya, AVAP, ACCUA, Fundaci\u00f3n Madridmasd, Fundaci\u00f3n LaCaixa, Fundaci\u00f3n Ram\u00f3n Areces and UNIBASQ. At the international level, with the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), the European Research Executive Agency (REA), European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), EuroTech University Alliance, L&#8217;Ecole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne (EPFL), German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has been a member of the Committee of Economics Pre-doctoratal Fellowship FPU (2020-2022), of the Committee of Legal and Social Sciences Pre-doctoral Fellowships ACSUG (2021), of the PhD Programmes Committee of Verification, Follow-up and Accreditation ACCUA (2016-2020) and of the Institutional and Programme Review Committee (Social Sciences) AQU Catalunya (2016-2021).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Themes of interest Biography Full Professor of Finance, University of Oviedo.
