She is an Erasmus coordinator and participates in PhD and master&#8217;s degree programs in several Spanish universities. She has participated in several teaching mobility programs, evaluated projects for the Institut de Formation Internationale (IFI), Ecole Sup\u00e9rieure de Comerse, Rouen, France, and taught at the Daniel Alcides Carri\u00f3n National University (Peru, online). She coordinates the Teaching Innovation Group in Business Strategy at ULE. She has participated in the Castile and Le\u00f3n Science Week, the European Researchers&#8217; Night and the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outstanding PhD Award, and Runner-Up in the III Santander Research Award (2017), and second CEF Financial Studies Award (2007). She has published more than 50 journal articles, several books\/monographs and book chapters, participated in different research projects and has been the principal researcher of a Research Grant from the FEF and of a project of the Consejer\u00eda de Hacienda de la Junta of Castile and Le\u00f3n. She has supervised several doctoral theses, including two with international mention.
