{"id":3298,"date":"2025-03-05T13:24:35","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T13:24:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unioviedo.es\/fincorp\/?p=3298"},"modified":"2025-03-05T14:01:23","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T14:01:23","slug":"interview-with-eduardo-jose-menendez-alonso-on-onda-cero-cangas-del-narcea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unioviedo.es\/fincorp\/index.php\/en\/2025\/03\/05\/interview-with-eduardo-jose-menendez-alonso-on-onda-cero-cangas-del-narcea\/","title":{"rendered":"Interview with Eduardo Jos\u00e9 Men\u00e9ndez Alonso on Onda Cero Cangas del Narcea"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This morning, <strong>Eduardo Jos\u00e9 Men\u00e9ndez Alonso<\/strong>, a member of our research group, was interviewed on the program <strong>M\u00e1s de Uno Cangas del Narcea<\/strong> on <strong>Onda Cero Cangas del Narcea<\/strong> to discuss the <strong>financial education University Extension Classes<\/strong> we are offering in the area as part of the <strong>FinEduca360<\/strong> project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our research group is organizing two free-access University Extension Courses in Cangas del Narcea, aimed at bringing financial literacy closer to the Asturian population. These initiatives are part of the <strong>Financial Education Plan<\/strong> of the Bank of Spain, the National Securities Market Commission, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The courses offered include <strong>\u00abFINEDUCA360: Finance and entrepreneurship\u00bb<\/strong> a 7.5-hour program focused on key aspects of business creation and financing, as well as <strong>\u00abFINEDUCA360: Personal finance and financial education\u00bb<\/strong> also lasting 7.5 hours, covering topics such as savings, investments, and personal financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both activities will take place at the <strong>\u00abPalacio de Oma\u00f1a\u00bb Culture Center<\/strong> in Cangas del Narcea between March 5 and April 2, 2025.
