Por ello, te proponemos varios talleres, con diferentes formatos, que ayudar\u00e1n a entrenar tus habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n, para que aprendas a prepararte para una entrevista y dispongas de herramientas para enfrentarte a las preguntas m\u00e1s inc\u00f3modas de las y los seleccionadores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speed Job Dating:<\/strong> Taller de entrenamiento de entrevistas, en el que interactuar\u00e1s con responsables de RR.HH. de las empresas participantes en el Foro. En sesiones cronometradas de una hora, las personas participantes en la actividad (previa inscripci\u00f3n) pasar\u00e1n por diez puntos de entrevista diferentes, de manera que podr\u00e1n entrenar, con una decena de interlocutores distintos, sus estrategias para afrontar con \u00e9xito una entrevista de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entrevista inversa:<\/strong> Se trata de una nueva tendencia en los procesos de selecci\u00f3n que se est\u00e1 poniendo de moda para aquellos sectores en los que es complicado captar talento y queremos experimentar con ella en el Foro de Empleo. El m\u00e9todo consiste en que sea la empresa la entrevistada por la persona candidata. En un formato de conversaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo y distendido que una entrevista al uso, la persona candidata describir\u00e1 su perfil y sus intereses profesionales y lanzar\u00e1 preguntas a las empresas del Foro participantes para conocer sus pol\u00edticas y el tipo de puestos que podr\u00eda ocupar en ellas.
