This week, 8 members of the Wolfast team participated in a charitable event alongside the Movember foundation. It involved a series of friendly paddle tennis matches with the goal of raising funds for the foundation while promoting team building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We take pride in being able to contribute to a foundation like Movember, which aims to raise awareness about men’s health, both physical and mental. Many of the factors that shorten men’s life expectancy are preventable with the necessary awareness. It is crucial to break the stigmas often associated with men’s health that can destroy thousands of lives each year. Therefore, we encourage everyone to communicate without taboos, spend time with people who make you feel good, lead a healthier life, get to know your body better, and, above all, seek help when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
