Un estudio comparado<\/strong>\u201d el pasado 16 de abril de 2024 en la Universidad de Almer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tesis, dirigida por <strong>Jos\u00e9 A. Soler Arrebola<\/strong>, miembro del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n del proyecto NEGOCIA2, y <strong>Juan Escribano Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong>, ha sido un estudio profundo y comparativo sobre la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva de gesti\u00f3n y la respuesta legal a los vac\u00edos representativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tribunal estuvo compuesto por expertos de renombre en el campo, incluyendo a <strong>Antonio P.
