Los d\u00edas 17 a 20 de septiembre tuvo lugar en Roma el XXIV Congreso Mundial de la Sociedad Internacional de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social con el t\u00edtulo \u00abWork in a changing world. The quest for labour rights and social justice\u00bb, en el que participaron varios miembros del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n del Proyecto NEGOCIA2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En primer lugar, las profesoras Ana Rosa Arg\u00fcelles<\/strong> y Emma Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> presentaros sendos p\u00f3ster que estuvieron todos los d\u00edas a disposici\u00f3n de los asistentes en la llamada \u00abPoster session\u00bb del Congreso. Los t\u00edtulos fueron \u00abCollective governance as a guarantee of the right to disconnect in Spain: Conclusions on the role played by collective agreements<\/strong>\u00bb y \u00abSpanish and comparative collective bargaining in the regulation of working time and care<\/strong>\u00ab, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En segundo lugar, el profesor Luis Antonio Fern\u00e1ndez <\/strong>defendi\u00f3 una presentaci\u00f3n oral con el t\u00edtulo \u00abTrade union and collective bargaining in international law: The problem is not the regulation<\/strong>\u00bb en el marco del panel E.5: \u00abChallenges to collective bargaining\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, el profesor Fern\u00e1ndez contribuy\u00f3 junto con otros acad\u00e9micos a la elaboraci\u00f3n del informe del Grupo de investigaci\u00f3n n\u00ba 5 \u00abThe new forms of representation and collective organization of work<\/strong>\u00ab, cuyos resultados fueron presentados por la Profesora Carmen Dom\u00ednguez , de la Universidad Pontificia de Chile, en el plenario sobre \u00abThe new trends in the collective labour law\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maria Luz Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n present\u00f3 al congreso un trabajo sobre \u00abThe two sides of the coin: personal data collection and algorithmic direction of work. How to build safeguards against them for platform\/gig workers\u00bb<\/strong> en el marco del panel titulado \u00abHacia una norma laboral internacional sobre trabajo decente en la econom\u00eda de plataformas. \u00bfc\u00f3mo y qu\u00e9 regular?\u00bb. Sin embargo, por exigencias profesionales, no pudo asistir al congreso, por lo que su presentaci\u00f3n fue defendida por el profesor Federico Rosenbaum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde el Proyecto NEGOCIA2 queremos felicitar a los organizadores del congreso y, muy especialmente, a los componentes de la delegaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola (la m\u00e1s numerosa despu\u00e9s de la Italiana) por sus magnificas exposiciones e intervenciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
