Short bio<\/h3>\n

Andrea Moreno Gonz\u00e1lez is a PhD student at the Sociology Department of the University of Oviedo. She holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Salamanca (USAL) and a master\u2019s degree in Social Policy, Employment and Welfare from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). She completed her master\u2019s thesis with a project on Industrial Relations with the title \u00abEl sindicato de las kellys en el marco post-fordista de relaciones industriales<\/a>\u201d supervised by Prof. Antonio Mart\u00edn Artiles. She currently holds a Severo Ochoa grant from the Principality of Asturias, and she is a member of the PROMEBI Research Group (Promoting Employment and Welfare in Europe). Her doctoral thesis deals with the institutional transformation of Public Employment Services in Southern European Countries.<\/p>\n

Before her incorporation into the department, in 2016 she worked as a research assistant in El Colegio de M\u00e9xico (M\u00e9xico) with the Prof. Fernanda Somuano Ventura. Also, she worked for 3 years as a labuor counsellor in the third sector. Her academic and research interests include labour market transformations, Industrial Relations, Welfare States and Public policies, and Social and Gender inequalities.<\/p>\n

Andrea Moreno Gonz\u00e1lez es estudiante de doctorado en el Departamento de Sociolog\u00eda de la Universidad de Oviedo. Es graduada en Sociolog\u00eda por la Universidad de Salamanca (USAL) y cuenta con un m\u00e1ster en Pol\u00edtica Social, Empleo y Bienestar por la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Barcelona (UAB). Realiz\u00f3 su trabajo fin de m\u00e1ster en el \u00e1rea de relaciones industriales con un trabajo dirigido por el Profesor Antonio Mart\u00edn Artiles que tuvo por t\u00edtulo \u00abEl sindicato de las kellys en el marco post-fordista de relaciones industriales<\/a>\u00ab. Cuenta con un contrato Severo Ochoa del Principado de Asturias y es miembro del Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n PROMEBI (Promoci\u00f3n del empleo y el bienestar en Europa). Su tesis doctoral versa sobre la transformaci\u00f3n institucional de los Servicios P\u00fablicos de Empleo en el Sur de Europa.<\/p>\n

Antes de su incorporaci\u00f3n al departamento, en 2016 trabaj\u00f3 como asistente de investigaci\u00f3n en El Colegio de M\u00e9xico (M\u00e9xico) con la Profesora Fernanda Somuano. Adem\u00e1s, trabaj\u00f3 durante 3 a\u00f1os como orientadora laboral en el tercer sector.
