    I am a research fellow in the project \u00abInterest Representation of European Employers’ Organisation\u00bb (2018-2020) and a member of the Employment Research Unit at Cardiff Business School.<\/p>\n

    Prior to my current appointment in Cardiff I have worked as a researcher for the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) in Brussels in a project about board-level employee representation (2017-2018). I have received my PhD in Industrial Sociology from the University of Oviedo in May 2017. From 2013 to 2016 I was employed by the University of Oviedo in Spain as Marie Curie Fellow in the European Marie Curie Network \u2018Changing Employment\u2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
