His main research interests include comparative industrial relations, management and innovation in transnational corporations, local and regional development. He has an extensive publication list and is co-author of the main handbook on Sociology of Work and Industrial Relations in Spanish (Manual de la Sociolog\u00eda del Trabajo y de las Relaciones Laborales (with Antonio Mart\u00edn Artiles), Ed.
