Oviedo has a population of 221,000 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The strategic geographical location of the city is surrounded by a natural and rural environment that allows outdoor activities accessible to all. In this location, in the nearby Monte Naranco, two of the five jewels of Asturian Pre-Romanesque Art stand out: Santa Mar\u00eda del Naranco and San Miguel de Lillo.
