During 2023, she participated as contract staff in the COMENSAL Consortium &#8220;Food Sustainability&#8221; of the Scientific Missions of the Principality of Asturias. She is currently a pre-doctoral student in the Department of Sociology at the University of Oviedo, with regional funding thanks to the &#8220;Severo Ochoa&#8221; Programme for training in research and teaching of the Principality of Asturias (2022).
