ENFASYS is looking for a Controller/ Administration Manager
✔ Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, administrative work, and control of expenses, payments, and supplier relationships.
• Analytical control of the company.
• Administrative budget management.
• Financial reporting.
✔ Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience as an Administration manager, controller, project manager or similar.
• Degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
🎯 Core Competency Requirements:
• Reliable, proactive and self-motivated.
• Good communication skills.
• Budget management experience.
• Exceptional organisational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in monitoring and justification of R&D public funding programs
