Participants: 

General: 100 €

Students/unemployed*: 75 €

* Funded PhD students are excluded from this category. Inscription must be accompanied by proof of status (university registration receipt/unemployment claim form or equivalent).

Attendance only: 50 €

FEE WAIVERS

The Hippocrates Initiative offers four registration-fee waivers for non-funded PhD students, and one fee waiver with travel bursary of up to 500 € for delegates who do not have access to research funding. Before registering for the conference, interested applicants should fill in the following form:

Applicants must indicate which funding they wish to apply for, and include the following:

  1. Title of paper and abstract originally submitted (4,000 characters max.)
  2. Quality and expected impact of their research (4,000 characters max.)
  3. Justification of need for funding (4,000 characters max.)

The committee will accept applications up to 31 March 2024 at midnight, and announce their decision by 15 April 2024.

Successful applicants must register for the conference by 22 April 2024.
