The second seminar of the I Cycle of Wolfast Uniovi Seminar was led by Pedro Carrillo Herrero, founder of Genyus School. Pedro was able to share with us the importance of communication, not only in professional projects but also in personal life.
If we stop to think about it, what better way to reach others than by being able to express ourselves clearly? Sometimes there are many factors that hinder our communication, but the good news is that we can work to minimize all those little stumbling blocks.
Within the team, communication is essential to facilitate coordination, increase productivity, and improve the efficiency with which we work. Additionally, it is crucial for building strong bonds that allow us to work in harmony. As you already know, in Wolfast, we are always trying to strengthen the team spirit and unity.
We are already in the final stretch of this edition, and the best thing about teamwork is that we always have someone by our side to face all the pressure.
