Goals
Initially, SECA aimed to make relevant descriptive knowledge about the situation of the sector of commerce in Asturias, available to the Regional State actors, through the periodic publication of specialised reports and the completion of research studies with the objective of monitoring of the commercial activity, the legal and regulatory obligations, and the performance of other research work for other entities in the region.
Since 2018, SECA is focused on the completion of legal studies in the specialty of urban studies related to commerce with the purpose of guiding and advising about sustainable land use activities and different types of commercial equipment as well as the monitoring and the evaluation of the Trade Program of the Principality of Asturias 2016-2020.
