The visit of Fabio Leone and Borja Domínguez continued on Friday morning in the Aula Severo Ochoa, located in the courtyard of the Historic Building of the University of Oviedo. The Director General of Energy, Mining and Reactivation: Belarmina Díaz, attended early in the morning.
His visit was fruitful as he explained to Fabio and Borja everything that the administration of the Principality of Asturias was doing in terms of raising funds to restore contaminated soils and tailings in the region. She was also willing to collaborate between SUBPRODUCTS4LIFE and the project that the administration of the Principality will start in the coming months in La Soterraña.
After the visit of Belarmina Díaz, the day continued with a technical presentation of the different aspects of the SUBPRODUCTS4LIFE project by the main researcher of the project, the professor of the University of Oviedo, Rafael Rodríguez Díez.
