Minisymposium
A minisymposium is composed of one or several sessions of four coordinated presentations on a single topic of substantial current interest and importance in optimization. Each session in a minisymposium is 120 minutes long. Each speaker has twenty five minutes for presentation, with an additional five minutes for discussion.
Prospective minisymposium organizers are asked to submit a proposal, using this template file Zip file, by email to the organization from October 1st to February 14th with the following data:
- Name, Organization, and email of each of the organizers (max. 3).
- Title and description.
- For each of the speakers, Name, Organization, Email, Title.
Please try to follow the rule of keeping the number of speakers a multiple of four.
The Scientific Committee will referee all minisymposium proposals. Notification of acceptance will be sent by March 14th, 2023.
After acceptance, the abstracts of the speakers, prepared using the appropriate TeX template in this Zip file, will be sent to the mini-symposium organizers, who will aprove them and submit them to the organization before April 15th.
Individual contributions
Contributed presentations in lecture format are invited in all areas consistent with the conference theme.
The author that intends to present a contribution must submit a one-page abstract by email to the organization from October 1st to February 14th. Use the appropriate TeX template in this Zip file.
Accepted lectures will be grouped into 120-minute Contributed Sessions, based on the subjects of the lectures. The Scientific Committee will referee all individual contribution proposals. Notification of acceptance will be sent by March 14th, 2023.
Acknowledgement of receipt
After submission, a confirmation email will be sent back to you by some member of the local organizing commitee. If you have not received it in seven days, please contact us again.
