The registration process, which is independent of the submission of scientific proposals, must be done through our platform in the Fundación Universidad de Oviedo link
Registration will be open on February 14th, 2024. The deadline for the Early-bird fee is April 15th, 2024. Registration closes on May 19th, 2024.
Students must send document as a proof of their status by email to the technical secretariat. Post-doc researchers are not considered as students.
Onsite fees include conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and conference dinner. Congress social programme is included in General, Student and Accompanying registration fees.
Cancellation policy
Complete refund minus 60 EUR for expenses will be attended for requests sent to the technical secretariat before May 19th, 2024.
