Felix Weigand from ETH Zürich is doing an undergraduate short stay at our research group (from March 1st to June 3rd 2022) to learn about Solution Cathode Glow DIscharge Spectroscopy and to investigate the different pros and cons of this methodology. Today, Felix has presented his preliminary results at our weekly group meeting! We would like to congratulate him for his research interest and efforts.

GELP’s PhD student Luis Javier Fernández-Menéndez has defended two poster contributions at 11th EMSLIBS, held in Gijón from 29th November to 2nd December. One of his posters regarding Chlrorine quantification was voted by the renownded Invited and Plenary speakers as one of the best posters deserving of being defended at a Flash Talk session. Futhermore, his Flash Talk received an Award for its quality! Congratulations Luis!!
