Luis J. Fernández-Menéndez has succesfully defended his thesis Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectrosocpy (LIBS) for halogen detection using molecular emission (Espectroscopía de plasmas inducidos por láser (LIBS) para la detección de halógenos empleando emisión molecular) earning his PhD.
