Fernández-Menéndez has already finished his Thesis manuscript entitled Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectrosocpy (LIBS) for halogen detection using molecular emission (Espectroscopía de plasmas inducidos por láser (LIBS) para la detección de halógenos empleando emisión molecular). His dissertation will take place at the Faculty of Sciences on March 3rd.  Congrats Luis! Final stretch!

Felix Weigand from ETH Zürich is doing an undergraduate short stay at our research group (from March 1st to June 3rd 2022) to learn about Solution Cathode Glow DIscharge Spectroscopy and to investigate the different pros and cons of this methodology.
