Biography
Associate Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting at the University of Oviedo for over 28 years. Collaborating Professor in several postgraduate programs. Extensive teaching experience in the Postgraduate area in various training programs.
In recent years he has published 8 books on Financial Markets and Bank Financial Accounting, as well as several articles in national and international journals related to Economics and Business Finance, as well as a wide active participation in National and International Congresses.
His professional activity has been recognized with 13 awards in the field of Finance and Accounting: Outstanding PhD Award in Business Management (2000); 8 Runner-Ups in the Short Articles Award AECA for Articles on Accounting and Business Administration (2000; 2001; 2003; 2004; 2008; 2012; 2016; 2021), 3 Finalist Articles in the AECA Award (2002; 2012; 2020), as well as the José Sanchís Alcover Award (1999), granted by ACEDE.
