Biography

Associate Professor of Business Organization at the Rey Juan Carlos University.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration and PhD from the Complutense University of Madrid. She is the author of scientific publications in the form of articles and book chapters and has 3 research periods positively evaluated (2001-2007; 2008-2013 and 2015-2021).

Her research has been recognized with several awards: the Alden G. Lank/FBCG Award for the best paper presented for an outstanding level of academic and research quality and a high degree of practical applicability for the paper “Ultimate owners of the Spanish listed firms: The role of families”, Family Business Network, Copenhagen, 2004 and the Award for the best paper of the Family Business Section with the paper “Dispportional family board power”, XXVVII ACEDE Conference. His research activity includes the evaluation of research papers in national and international conferences and scientific journals and he is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Family Business Strategy (Q2 of the JCR).

In terms of management, she is Coordinator of the Doctoral Program in Social and Legal Sciences at the URJC, as well as Erasmus coordinator since 2015. She is also an evaluator for the DEVA-ACC.
