Eduardo José Menéndez Alonso, member of our research group, has been awarded ex aequo by the Spanish Association of Accounting and Business Administration (AECA) with the 31st AECA International Award for Articles on Accounting and Business Administration. The jury recognised his article “Cervantes and Share Buybacks: The New Altarpiece of Wonders”.

- “Sustainable Asturias: A Local Perspective on the 2030 Agenda” in Riosa
Irma Martínez (Co-Director), Silvia Gómez, and Ignacio Tascón are participating in the University Extension Program of the University of Oviedo titled “Sustainable Asturias: A Local Perspective on the 2030 Agenda.” This free-access initiative aims to educate the Asturian population on aspects connected to the 2030 Agenda. The course was held at the Casa de la Cultura in Riosa between February and April 2025.
