This second edition of the project “FinEduca360: Youth for Youth”, developed during the 2024–2025 academic year, was funded by the Institute for Educational Research and Innovation (INIE) of the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching Staff Policies of the University of Oviedo.
It involved 19 university students from the Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, and the PCEO in Management and Business Administration and Law, from the Master’s Degrees in Economics: Economic Analysis Instruments, Accounting Information Systems and Financial Analysis, and Teachers Training, and from the PhD Programme in Economics and Business.
During the training phase, participants attended 5 workshops delivered by professionals from the Spanish Association of Financial Advisers and Planners (EFPA Spain), the Spanish Securities and Markets Commission (CNMV), teaching staff from the Faculty of Economics and Business affiliated to the Finance and Corporate Governance Research Group, and students who had participated in the first edition of the project.
Subsequently, between February and June 2025, a total of 29 talks entitled “My finances: How to take care of them?” were delivered in 22 educational centres in Asturias, reaching 680 students from Secondary Education, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training:
