Our colleague and professor Sandra Sánchez Sánchez, who is currently on a research stay at the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ICS-ULisboa), will present one of the group’s latest projects, the COMENSAL Consortium, as part of the research seminar organised by the institute.

The COMENSAL Consortium is an initiative aimed at fostering dialogue between the various actors in the agri-food system, promoting cooperation between researchers, institutions, producers, industry, distributors, waste management and citizens around sustainability.
