Members of SOCIALIMEN at the 16th International Conference on Teaching Innovation

9 May, 2024 por Adrian Alvarez Rodriguez

Our partners Sandra Sánchez Sánchez, Cecilia Díaz Méndez, Rocío Pérez Gañan y Núria Hernández Nanclares (from left to right in the picture) are representing our Research Group at the XVI International Conference on Teaching Innovation.

This conference will bring together more than 500 teachers and teaching professionals, who will debate today 9 May and tomorrow 10 May at the Llamaquique Campus on such innovative issues as the emergence of artificial intelligence in the field of education.

The programme of the conference includes a total of 238 contributions or innovative experiences of experts from more than 50 national and international institutions from different areas of knowledge.

This meeting of experts has been growing in participation and impact over the last three years and is a reflection of the interest of education professionals in innovation, a fundamental and intrinsic aspect of quality teaching practice. The conference was inaugurated in the presence of Pedro Alonso, acting Vice-Rector for Teacher Policies; Lourdes Villalustre, Director of INIE; Celestino Rodríguez, Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education; and Cristina González Morán and David Artime, Director General of University and Director General of Educational Inclusion and Innovation, respectively, of the Government of Asturias.
