Asturian cuisine and typical dishes of the community have been passed from one generation to the next. The usual raw materials in the region are based on meat from cattle that graze in valleys and meadows, fresh vegetables and legumes and the best fish from the Cantabrian coast. This resources offers a great potential for the elaboration of exquisite typical dishes, some of which even cross borders.

Creative cuisine

Our three proposals:

Tortos with guacamole and marinated onion

The essence of Asturias and its humble cuisine jumps to the haute cuisine with a snack that combines the traditional Asturian torto, essential livelihood in homes during the postwar period, with Indian influences, incorporating guacamole and Asturian onion enchilada.

Eo river pearls

The taste of the oysters of the Eo is hidden in a delicate marine pearl that explodes at the contact of the palate with the tongue with the very strength of the Cantabrian Sea, an allegory of strength of our environment and the luxury and sensitivity of our landscapes.

Los dos ahumados

Cheeses are one of the great treasures of our land and the PDO Gamoneu, protagonist of this dish, a heritage of incalculable value, fruit of the value and artisan rigor of our producers. In this dish of contrasts embrace the smoked sardine. Sea and land with all its nuances.
