Professor Sergio Schneider from the University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) has collaborated with the MASTER UNIVERSITARIO EN ALIMENTACIÓN CONSUMO Y SALUD (UNIVERSITY MASTER IN FOOD, CONSUMPTION AND HEALTH )that we are developing at the University of Oviedo.
The Master, will be online and aimed to Latin America. It will include the participation of a large number of internationally renowned researchers in the field of food, such as Professor Schneider.
